Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and evolve core backend infrastructure with organization-wide impact
  • •Own shared frameworks, services, and libraries used across the company
  • •Work closely with multiple product teams as requirements, scale, and constraints change
  • •Continuously improve systems to support growth, new use cases, and increased scale
  • •Take full ownership of production systems, from design through deployment and operation

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in backend or core systems engineering
  • •Strong experience building and operating large, evolving production systems
  • •Proven ability to work effectively in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • •Experience contributing to or owning shared frameworks, platforms, or internal tooling
  • •Solid understanding of CI/CD, production operations, and observability
