Deliver personalized banking service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions. Open and maintain consumer and basic business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and consumer credit cards, and perform Teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Process new consumer loan requests when needed, identify referrals to other lines of business using 360 View, and stay current on regulatory requirements while building long-term client relationships across North Idaho branches.
