Key Responsibilities

  • •Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and design/architect systems of varying complexity.
  • •Develop and scale web application, backend, and streaming components for the product.
  • •Establish engineering team best practices to ensure high-quality, consistent agile delivery.
  • •Scale distributed applications and make architectural tradeoffs using synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
  • •Optimize APIs, maintain unit tests, and participate in CI/CD for automated builds and deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience designing, building, and testing Java EE applications, with 2+ years leading as a lead developer or technical lead.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
  • •Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
  • •Knowledge of cloud technologies and exposure to AWS services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.
  • •Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems and RDBMS/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
