Job Function: Real Estate & Property Management

Key Responsibilities

•Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords, developers, and relevant local authorities across Singapore.
•Negotiate with landlords and developers, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
•Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks within the Singapore market.
•Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and development opportunities.
•Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
•Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both technical and commercial perspectives.
•Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
•Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
•Understanding of the commercial real estate market in Singapore.
