Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of non-process infrastructure for the Kings Mountain lithium mine project, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk across FEL2–IFC through commissioning and handover. Lead execution planning (WBS, integrated schedules), manage cost and change, and run stage-gate readiness and permitting tracking. Coordinate EPCM, specialty consultants, contractors, and OEM/vendor interfaces across power, water, earthworks, buildings, telecoms/controls, and environmental containment while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own scope, schedule, budget, and risk for NPI projects supporting Mine, Concentrator, and Tailings areas across FEL2–IFC through construction, commissioning, and handover.
•Develop execution plans, WBS, and integrated schedules aligned to the Kings Mountain master schedule and critical path.
•Control cost and change (Class 3 through completion), including estimates, commitments, contingency, change orders, and monthly performance reporting.
•Direct EPCM and specialty consultants across multiple disciplines and review/approve key engineering deliverables to ensure constructability and operability.
•Maintain risk and issue registers, lead stage-gate readiness reviews, and ensure safety-first execution and compliance with MSHA/OSHA requirements.

Key Requirements

•B.S. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred for mining and concentrator infrastructure scope).
•PE strongly preferred; PMP a plus.
•15+ years of capital project leadership, primarily in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial environments.
•Proven delivery of infrastructure for at least one greenfield/brownfield mine development or major concentrator project, with EPCM/owner-side experience valued.
•Demonstrated NPI delivery in a mining context within a stage-gate framework (FEL1–FEL3 / Class 5–2 estimates).
