Key Responsibilities

•Own and drive visual design excellence for Pocket’s hardware and software interfaces, ensuring cohesive identity across devices and applications.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect specifications and production-ready design delivery.
•Contribute to, and help evolve, a state-of-the-art design system including accessibility guidelines and documentation.
•Plan and conduct lightweight usability studies and synthesize insights into design decisions.
•Mentor Senior/Principal Designers and help shape the design language as the company grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

•Fluent with iOS and Android design guidelines and Web design standards
