Drive logistics operations excellence by aligning business priorities with floor teams across logistics support, warehouse operations, and repack operations. Manage system integration between SAP and external WMS, reconcile inventory (stock counts, audits, and physical vs. system), and handle clearance/donation orders and related order-management issues. Oversee open orders in SAP, mitigate risks during month-end close, and implement continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate systems by managing interfaces between SAP and external WMS, including SAP EWM queue handling.
•Perform inventory reconciliation including stock counts, annual stock checks, inventory audits, and physical vs. system reconciliation.
•Handle clearance/donation orders with strong order-management knowledge, coordinating with the Order Management team and resolving Order Management, Donation & FOC process issues.
•Manage stock replenishment activities such as warehouse-to-warehouse reallocations, plant-to-plant transfers, sample order processing, and special sales.
•Oversee open orders management in SAP, including understanding causes of open customer orders and mitigating risks during month-end close (including MEC and POD closures).

Key Requirements

•5-7 years’ experience in logistics operations, especially warehousing and invoice operations with awareness of logistics transactions.
•Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP EWM; ARIBA and OTM expertise is an added advantage.
•Experience integrating SAP with external WMS systems and handling SAP–EWM queue/processing issues.
•Ability to manage inventory reconciliation (stock counts, annual checks, audits, and physical vs. system reconciliation) and open orders in SAP.
•Fluency in English and availability to work Saturdays during end of every month with a compensatory off on other days.
