Key Responsibilities

  • •Map, baseline, and digitize command workflows and Joint Staff standards; create versioned workflow diagrams and identify bottlenecks.
  • •Develop and maintain minimum viable ontologies and semantic orchestration in OWL/RDF/SKOS aligned to metadata standards for integration into MSS and WDP.
  • •Prepare ontologies/models so AI agents and LLMs can access authoritative, secure data for decision support tools, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
  • •Train knowledge managers and functional users on metadata practices, knowledge capture methods, and collaboration/data platforms (Microsoft 365, Databricks, Palantir).
  • •Review technical work packages for governance alignment and evaluate scope and dataflow functionality to deliver MVP increments using digital capture tools (JIRA, Slack).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • •10+ years of experience in knowledge management, process engineering, or closely related fields.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional teams in DoD/IC environments.
  • •Hands-on configuration skills in Microsoft 365: SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, and Teams governance.
  • •Experience with ontologies, metadata standards, and workflow digitization; U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance eligibility required.
