Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of technicians to plan and implement preventive maintenance and calibration for GEL lab equipment.
  • •Install, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor labs.
  • •Perform equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with equipment vendors to resolve issues.
  • •Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • •Support audits/inspections with equipment documentation and collaborate on new equipment setups, modifications, and upgrades.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science with engineering studies.
  • •At least one year of experience maintaining engineering semiconductor lab equipment.
  • •Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 for calibration across mechanical, electrical, and thermal equipment.
  • •Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and calibrating lab/manufacturing equipment used in semiconductor labs (e.g., temperature/hast/soak chambers, testers, reflow oven, thermal cycle/THB, bend tester, CSAM, shock tester, X-section, FTIR, SEM, 3D X-ray, FIB).
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good communication skills (written and verbal, fluent English).
