Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve designer tool and methodology issues on the path to TapeOut.
  • •Provide support for design ramp up through training and documentation.
  • •Support Intel PDK and collateral; ensure EDA providers’ tool features are available and high quality for projects.
  • •Create automation (scripts, checkers) to install design environment components such as PDKs, EDA tools, and licenses.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance TS/SCI.
  • •US Citizenship required.
  • •BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 1+ years’ experience or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years’ experience in front-end and back-end design tools and flows.
  • •Experience in EDA tools and methodologies, including debugging and problem-solving for physical design optimization and TFM flows.
  • •Experience with Verilog/VHDL and scripting (Tcl, Perl, Python) plus Linux experience (bash, tcsh).
