Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. Lead a delivery pod end-to-end, from architecture and prompts/tool calls to production deployment, validation, and observability. Build data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, and track health via KPIs. Drive PoCs and MVPs from concept to deployable quickly while mentoring engineers and translating customer challenges into shippable agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design and build of AI agents and experiences, owning complex components end-to-end from architecture choice through production deployment and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; oversee performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
•Lead PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable in days, co-building with customers and partners.
•Serve as senior technical voice in the pod by surfacing platform gaps and edge cases and mentoring junior engineers.
•Translate complex customer business challenges into agentic solutions in partnership with a Deployment Strategist.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with multiple production systems and experience in AI technology stacks or frontier LLMs at scale.
•Extensive customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting/professional services or forward deployed engineering.
•Fluency in two or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
•Fluency in English and at least one of German or French (spoken and written).
