Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients to ensure applications scale to meet business needs.
  • •Provide project governance by maintaining documentation and tracking task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
  • •Create granular work breakdown structures (WBS) and link effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
  • •Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
  • •Maintain success metrics, including project margins within +/- 5% of target and CSAT greater than 4.0

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
  • •SnowPro Core required within 60 days of hire.
  • •Fluent in Spanish (regional requirements)
