Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop structural solutions for port and maritime infrastructure projects, including wharves, breakwaters, and marine facilities.
  • •Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, calculations, and technical specifications for project stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural requirements into overall project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in structural engineering, with demonstrated expertise in bridge design and/or port infrastructure projects.

  • •In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for structural design.
  • •Solid understanding of bridge engineering principles, including load analysis, material selection, and construction methodologies.
  • •Experience with port and maritime infrastructure design, including hydraulic modeling and marine environmental considerations; professional engineering license or eligibility for Engineers Australia is preferred.
