Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for public health and fire protection systems.
  • •Create and update Revit families and parametric components, including drainage and water storage model elements.
  • •Generate technical drawings, sections, and schedules from BIM models.
  • •Support clash detection through model preparation and clean-up.
  • •Maintain model standards, libraries, project templates, and ensure model compliance with project BIM execution plans while supporting BIM coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in BIM modelling within a building services environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of public health and fire protection systems and how they are represented in BIM.
  • •Proficiency with BIM software including Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 / LOD standards; familiarity with UAE/GCC codes and regulations is expected.
