•Monitor and manage the regional outsourcing tax compliance team for Colombia, Peru, Venezuela and Argentina.
•In-depth analysis of current operations to identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement of regional processes.
•Lead automation projects and apply AI tools to streamline compliance and reporting tasks.
•Provide tax technical support to internal and external teams, ensuring operations remain aligned with local and global regulations.
•Execute and oversee controls and global testing to mitigate tax risks.

Key Requirements

•Professional degree in Public Accounting or Law
•6 years of experience in similar roles
•Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or banking environments (preferably digital banking)
•Proficiency with SAP; experience with data query/analysis tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker or similar
