Key Responsibilities

•Build the Service Ops intake and portfolio engine, scoring, prioritizing, resourcing, and sequencing initiatives each quarter in alignment with OKRs.
•Personally lead flagship cross-functional programs and delegate program initiatives to your team.
•Design and scale governance using executive dashboards, steering cadences, health checks, and stage gates for portfolio visibility and decision points.
•Coach and grow a small team of program managers across U.S. and Philippines time zones with clear goals and feedback.
•Drive continuous improvement with metrics to spot bottlenecks, predict capacity needs, refine playbooks, and recommend actions to improve program success rates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,000 - 249,800 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in program/project management in a PMO service-ops setting, including multi-million dollar programs impacting customers and frontline operations.
•5+ years of people leadership, ideally across time zones, with a track record of hiring and developing PM talent.
•Proven delivery of complex, multi-departmental initiatives that improved operational KPIs (e.g., lower backlog, faster onboarding, higher first-contact resolution, better CSAT).
•Hands-on governance experience building dashboards, running steering meetings, and enforcing standards.
•Data-driven instincts using metrics (e.g., cycle time, on-time delivery, adoption, customer impact) to identify bottlenecks and optimize capacity across programs.
