Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor replenishment
  • •Maintain and champion visual merchandising and strong sales floor standards
  • •Support safe operations with strong stockroom standards while assisting guests and resolving needs quickly

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to work constant movement around the store (sales floor and back of house)
