Key Responsibilities

•Data preparation, modeling, analysis, and reporting including daily MSR Hedge P&L
•MSR transaction support including bid/selection and proforma reporting of deal impact
•Ensure accuracy of results and analytic methods through testing and validation of underlying report data
•Resolve bias and data quality issues and explain findings to stakeholders
•Collaborate with MSR Valuation Managers to identify process improvements including automation and to transform data into a strategic narrative

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or quantitative field (Finance, Science, Engineering, or Math)
•3-5 years of professional experience in Banking or Finance with data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting

•Strong problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights from large data sets
•Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and build cross-functional relationships
