Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and automated reporting suites to track QA quality metrics and trends.
  • •Perform ad-hoc data extraction and reporting for Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, and Internal Audit stakeholders.
  • •Run, schedule, and monitor SQL scripts through Databricks notebooks and Argos to ensure timely and accurate delivery with zero disruption.
  • •Maintain GitHub governance for SQL queries, Databricks notebooks, scripts, and automation workflows, including peer code reviews and output testing prior to production execution.
  • •Continuously improve QA data collection and workflows; support data lineage/registration and lead UAT for new sources, migrations, and schema changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 73,300 - 83,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in SQL for complex joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions, and query optimization.
  • •Hands-on experience executing scripts via Databricks and Argos, with code repository management using GitHub or Git version control.
  • •Experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and querying cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • •Use JIRA and Confluence to log tickets, track operational enhancements, and document workflows.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in data operations, QA reporting, operational analytics, or process improvement.
