Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and resort complex projects for Universal United Kingdom, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across planning, design, construction, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership for multi-department project teams overseeing scope, schedule, budgets, procurement, and design, construction, and commissioning for the resort complex.
•Oversee project safety and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including contractor safety plan acceptance.
•Manage planning and execution of enabling infrastructure (e.g., public roadways and bridges) and coordinate construction logistics across the site in line with CDM and statutory/SDO requirements.
•Ensure project documentation and procedures are followed, including correspondence, RFIs, drawings, submittals, meeting minutes, action trackers, notices, and pay applications.
•Maintain budget and schedule performance, manage risks including claims/disputes/change orders and interface disruptions, and report project status to upper management.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
•Experience delivering construction project management across project management, engineering, construction, or commercial facilities.
•Experience in infrastructure construction delivery across design and construction phases.
•Experience with project scheduling, estimating, bidding/negotiations, and critical path management.
•Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, including roadways, rail development, and roadway structures.
