Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers with financial planning, tracking, and reporting to drive project financial performance.
  • •Consolidate and analyze monthly and quarterly financial forecasts; review labor utilization and provide insights for operational decision-making.
  • •Perform month-end accounting tasks including cost, revenue, and accrual reconciliations; produce timely reports highlighting budget impacts and contract performance.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for data requests, financial analyses, and issue resolution; validate cost inputs, schedule updates, and performance metrics with program teams.
  • •Manage project financial administration including AR/AP processing, invoice documentation and collections support, unbilled revenue/accrual calculations, and earned value calculations when required.

Key Requirements

  • •US Citizenship with the ability to pass a thorough background check
  • •0-2 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or project controls role
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information to stakeholders
  • •Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables) and solid understanding of EACs/ETCs/unbilled analysis and core project financial concepts
