Support post-contract cost management and consultancy across mid- and large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with measurement, assessments, variations, payment certificates, final accounts, and cost reporting while meeting quality control requirements. Contribute to benchmarking, data collection, and internal reporting, and help deliver a variety of funder advisory deliverables as part of a professional team.
