Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent assurance of programme delivery against cost, schedule, and risk expectations.
  • •Lead independent Sea portfolio reviews and support governance processes across bids and programme execution.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Operations Assurance peers to identify risks and strengthen operational delivery.
  • •Resolve/escalate issues related to the Operations “Delivery Engine” in support of customer delivery.
  • •Implement leading/lagging programme health indicators, flag operational impact changes for review, and ensure operations capacity/capability is considered during bids.
