Research Manager - Employment, Welfare & Skills - Government & Society

Manage mixed-methods research projects end-to-end, from inception to delivery, across quantitative and qualitative strands. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, lead questionnaire and topic guide design, monitor fieldwork and recruitment, and oversee data/specification checks and qualitative analysis frameworks. Draft reports and presentations that inform government decision-making, coach junior team members, track project financial progress, and contribute to proposals and new research opportunities using AI and innovative methods.
