Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the recognized SME for French payroll implementations.
  • •Lead payroll discovery workshops and advise customers on French legislation and best practice.
  • •Work with Product and Engineering to validate payroll configuration.
  • •Lead payroll testing, parallel runs, and payroll validation.
  • •Advise Sales and Presales on French payroll requirements; identify legislative risks and implementation dependencies; own France playbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Salary: EUR 50,400 - 69,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience processing and implementing French payroll.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience operating French payroll in-house and implementing French payroll software.
  • •Expert knowledge of French payroll legislation, tax, social insurance, and statutory reporting.
  • •Experience with leading French payroll engines (e.g., ADP Decidium/Link, Sopra HR Software, Cegid Payroll, Sage Paie, Silae, PeopleDoc Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll France, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Oracle Payroll, SD Worx France).
  • •Fluency in French and English (written and spoken), plus strong stakeholder management and customer consulting skills.
