Key Responsibilities

  • •Own relationships with and influence strategic decisions within the customer’s buying center.
  • •Partner with account teams and customers to understand needs and position Cisco’s architecture and solutions.
  • •Lead technical PoCs and PoVs, including scaled demonstration environments to show solution capabilities and business outcomes.
  • •Develop comprehensive proposals aligning Cisco offerings to customer objectives and solution gaps.
  • •Advise internal and external stakeholders on industry shifts, competitive risk, and evolving customer needs to keep GTM strategies adaptive.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 8+ years; or a PhD with 5+ years.
  • •Expert technical and product knowledge aligned to a specific Cisco architecture and/or industry focus.
  • •Deep understanding of the relevant industry/vertical and the ability to engage directly with IT, lines of business, CXOs, and key decision makers.
  • •Act as a primary technical influencer during Qualify and Proposal phases and participate across the full sales lifecycle.
  • •Experience operating within medium-complexity sales cycles and supporting opportunities across multi-quarter engagements.
