  • •Manage and oversee all R&D activities, aligning work with business and departmental objectives.
  • •Develop and support the product innovation strategy, including new categories and enhancements.
  • •Lead execution of R&D projects such as new product launches, reformulations, and process optimizations.
  • •Reformulate products to meet changing consumer preferences and regulatory requirements.
  • •Ensure products meet internal/external quality, safety, and regulatory standards while developing formulations and processing techniques.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience with 5+ years relevant experience in food product R&D.
  • •Strong understanding of food science principles, food processing techniques, and quality control.
