Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance through coaching and people leadership, while executing business development to grow small business and mass affluent relationships. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Manage human capital across hiring, performance reviews, workforce scheduling, and counseling, and may be cross-trained to support teller transactions as needed.
