Maintain and improve the facilities at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as part of the Estates team. Deliver planned maintenance and reactive repairs, diagnose and resolve building fabric issues, and support other trades while collaborating across teams. Keep accurate work records, follow health and safety processes, and participate in on-call rotas to respond to emergency repair needs, ensuring a safe, functional healthcare environment.
