Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate 5-year P&L financials and NPVs for front-end process nodes to support long-range planning.
  • •Identify opportunities to optimize P&L and cash flow, including required business changes to improve financial performance.
  • •Develop what-if scenarios to assess how decisions impact the company’s financial health.
  • •Track key financial metrics, analyze trends and variances, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • •Support ad-hoc LRP requests/WIFs and partner with Foundry Strategic Planning and cross-group finance teams to drive performance-improving initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/MBA with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with financial modeling for decision-making.
  • •Experience with financial systems such as Power BI/Power Query and SAP (or related tools).
  • •Strong financial analysis, modeling, and data manipulation skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and drive initiatives across stakeholders.
