Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow assembly drawings and/or specifications to prepare parts and build subassemblies, modules and accessories for new gas turbine engines
  • •Assist with engine test operations and component/ accessory tests under supervision
  • •Use overhaul and repair procedures to perform mechanical work and verify dimensional tolerances
  • •Obtain parts, check details for conformance, and measure components to ensure they meet assembly requirements
  • •Utilize hand tools and fixtures to assemble engine sections and maintain equipment and tooling for assigned areas
