Key Responsibilities

  • •Take customer service phone calls, identify service needs, and respond to questions about loan information, payoff amounts, and general account maintenance.
  • •Verify customer account information and update customer details such as phone numbers and addresses.
  • •Answer customer questions, take payments when necessary, research inquiries, and follow up promptly to resolve concerns.
  • •Maintain customer records by noting details from call-in account messages and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • •For Level 2/3, administer the customer service inbox and monitor voicemails/emails, assist with training, and handle escalated situations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.85 - 23.85 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience for Level 1/2, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience for Level 3, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of overtime to meet business needs.
  • •Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills.
  • •Maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy in a fast-paced, heavy-call-volume environment.
