Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and validate analog/mixed-signal circuits for SerDes IPs, including floorplanning, circuit design, parameter extraction, and analog behavior simulation.
•Create test plans and verification plans to ensure designs meet circuit and block microarchitecture specifications; analyze test results to drive improvements.
•Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to optimize performance, power, area, timing, and yield; report progress and resolve issues cross-functionally.
•Mentor and develop technical leaders, contribute to technical strategy, and drive design reviews across Intel and industry.
•Contribute to the roadmap and technical direction for next-generation SerDes technologies and standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 214,452 - 302,753 annually

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
•8+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design for high-speed SerDes applications.
•Proven expertise in PLL, CDR, CTLE, DFE, ADC, or TX design.
•Strong understanding of PCIe Gen5/Gen6 and Ethernet 100G/400G/800G standards.
•Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso/ADE, HSPICE, or equivalent.
