Job Summary

Support the growth of Audiomob’s gaming and app developer network by identifying, engaging, onboarding, and growing partnerships. Work closely with the senior Partnerships team to drive revenue through new partner acquisition, account development, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Ad Ops. Use your understanding of mobile monetisation KPIs (ARPDAU, retention, LTV, DAU) to qualify prospects, prepare pitches, and track pipeline progress through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Partnerships team in identifying and engaging new game and app developer partners.
•Assist with outreach, qualification, pitching, follow-up, and onboarding activities for prospective partners.
•Help build and manage relationships with Monetisation Managers, Product Teams, and Developer Studios.
•Support commercial growth strategies by researching prospects and market opportunities, and preparing pitch materials and partner proposals.
•Track partner conversations, pipeline progress, and onboarding status using internal tools and CRM systems.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, monetisation, developer relations, or a similar role in gaming, apps, adtech, or related industries.
•Understanding of mobile game/app KPIs including ARPDAU, retention, LTV, DAU, and engagement.
•Experience supporting commercial conversations, partner outreach, onboarding, or account growth.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners.
•Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams.
