Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage HVAC/mechanical engineering projects from concept to design development, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules
  • •Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
  • •Contribute to conceptual studies and development of plans and specifications for mechanical systems
  • •Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • •Apply internal processes to drive project management excellence and enhance client experience

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (Baccalauréat) and a licensed member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or HVAC in Quebec and/or Canada
  • •Proven experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
  • •Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities; excellent oral and written communication
  • •Collaborative mindset with customer orientation and professional rigor
