Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage HVAC/mechanical engineering projects from concept to design development, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules
•Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
•Contribute to conceptual studies and development of plans and specifications for mechanical systems
•Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
•Apply internal processes to drive project management excellence and enhance client experience

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (Baccalauréat) and a licensed member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or HVAC in Quebec and/or Canada
•Proven experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams
•Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities; excellent oral and written communication
•Collaborative mindset with customer orientation and professional rigor
