Business Analyst II Recovery Platform Operations

Analyze and translate business and operational needs into system enhancements for recovery platform operations. Partner with IT, program managers, SMEs, and recovery vendors to develop business requirements, resolve issues, and support timely recovery operations. Monitor recovery operations, inventory, and reporting tools to identify issues and savings opportunities, lead defect investigation and UAT, and improve accuracy and performance. Support data-driven business initiatives and help update departmental policies and procedures.
