Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform MRI examinations per physician requests, departmental protocols, and quality standards.
  • •Operate and monitor MRI equipment to ensure optimal diagnostic image quality.
  • •Conduct MRI patient screening to identify contraindications, implants, and safety risks before imaging.
  • •Select appropriate MRI protocols and imaging sequences based on clinical indications and radiologist requirements.
  • •Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within PACS, RIS, and electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with infection control, QA, and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in MRI (at least 3 years, specifically in MRI).
  • •Minimum 3 years of post-qualification MRI experience for the MRI Technologist category.
  • •Experience with 1.5T and 3T MRI (preferred).
  • •Experience in neuro, MSK, body, cardiac, breast, and/or angiographic MRI (preferred).
  • •Valid DOH or DHA license (or DOH eligibility) with valid Basic Life Support (BLS).
