Key Responsibilities

  • •Support turnover and completion activities by ensuring accurate documentation and timely preparation of turnover records for project handover.
  • •Compile turnover dossiers and ensure documentation is complete, accurately maintained, and issued per procedures and client requirements.
  • •Maintain and enter project turnover data in turnover management software; assist in populating and updating turnover databases and systems.
  • •Manage punch list, punch items, exception items, and completion records through project closeout stages with auditable tracking.
  • •Coordinate across construction, quality, engineering, commissioning, and turnover teams to drive readiness for handover and manage test packages and completion documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification, with ideally 5+ years of experience supporting turnover, completion, handover, or project control documentation on major EPCM/Oil & Gas/refinery/petrochemical/power projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience supporting turnover, completion, handover, or project documentation activities.
  • •Experience managing data within turnover software, handover databases, completion management systems, or similar project information systems.
  • •Experience preparing, reviewing, and controlling turnover dossiers, quality records, test packages, and system completion documentation.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
