Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage Azure networking components including virtual networks, subnets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, VPN/ExpressRoute, load balancers, and routing.
•Manage replication traffic over ExpressRoute/VPN and set up configuration-isolated VNETs for testing.
•Act as the POC for Azure networking issues, guiding architecture decisions and advising leadership.
•Ensure secure, reliable connectivity between cloud and on-prem environments while optimizing performance and availability.
•Support secure infrastructure and migrations using DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), with automation via Ansible or PowerShell.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of related experience (with at least 5+ years preferred in database and data management).
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
•Extensive knowledge of Azure network design and implementation, including VNets, NSGs, routing, Azure Firewall, load balancing, and ExpressRoute/VPN.
•Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tooling, including Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
•Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Monitor, plus automation using Ansible or PowerShell scripts.
