Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive technical readiness, memory circuit design, characterization, and simulations for next-generation CPU/SoC memory.
  • •Design cache and memory custom blocks, including critical path simulations and circuit design.
  • •Perform memory path-finding and power/performance/area (PPA) optimization.
  • •Design memory bit-cells and complex periphery ICs, including automation and innovation work.
  • •Define and execute project methodology and tasks to meet project schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or STEM-related) with 6+ years of experience; or Master's with 4+ years; or PhD with 2+ years of relevant education/work experience.
  • •Proficiency in CMOS circuit design and memory design, including circuit trade-offs for power, performance, and area.
  • •Expertise in VLSI circuits and design methodologies.
  • •Experience in low-power implementation techniques (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with circuit/layout trade-offs and industry standard digital circuit design tools, flows, dynamic simulations, variation analysis, and signal integrity analysis (preferred).
