Workplace: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect LLM-integrated systems with scalability, security, and user experience considerations from early stages.
  • •Deliver operational excellence through telemetry, observability, governance, and cost management, and build routing/model-usage platform components.
  • •Implement LLM and agentic infrastructure including advanced context management, tool-use with MCP, skill tooling, and RAG for research workflows.
  • •Build rigorous evaluation frameworks and maintain evals to test probabilistic systems for reliability and safety.
  • •Develop internal agentic tooling and IDE integrations, and refine models through fine-tuning and RL in collaboration with researchers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong coding skills in Python for production-grade, maintainable systems.
  • •Ability to architect and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for complex systems across security, UX, and scalability.
  • •Deep understanding of how models work internally, their limitations, and how they are trained.
  • •Experience with LLM serving stacks such as vLLM for open-weight models and bringing models to internal users.
  • •Experience evaluating probabilistic ML systems and managing tool use, contexts, and loops.
