Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and release new product BOMs for simple to moderately complex assemblies.
  • •Develop, validate, and release operation method sheets (OMS) and related build/test documentation.
  • •Support development and execution of manufacturing, test, and sourcing strategies for new products in collaboration with senior NPMEs.
  • •Participate in design reviews with Design-for-Excellence (DFx) feedback to improve manufacturability, cost, quality, and cycle time.
  • •Provide managed build and manufacturing floor support as needed, document issues, and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • •2–4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, NPI, or a related engineering role.
  • •Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM principles, BOM structures, and engineering documentation.
  • •Working knowledge of change control processes (ECO, NSR, ESW workflows).
  • •Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
