Key Responsibilities

•Own the EMEA program strategy, including market prioritization, format mix, account coverage, and quarterly sequencing with EMEA sales.
•Execute end-to-end events across multiple countries, managing venues, vendors, invitations, run of show, on-site management, and local details.
•Partner with EMEA sellers on account-based events, including target accounts, invitation strategy, and creating next-meeting momentum.
•Own post-event follow-through, including lead capture, timely handoff, and follow-up in partnership with Lifecycle Marketing and Marketing Ops with GDPR consent handling.
•Manage EMEA budgets, vendor contracts and negotiations in multiple currencies, and build a documented EMEA playbook for future hires.

Key Requirements

•4+ years in field marketing or event marketing at a B2B technology company, owning a multi-country European program (not executing someone else’s).
•Strong event craft, including running a detailed run of show and handling issues during live events.
•Genuine EMEA market knowledge, including how buyer behavior and attendance expectations differ across markets.
•A pipeline-oriented mindset, with experience contributing to or carrying measurable outcomes like cost per qualified attendee.
•Practical fluency with GDPR as it applies to event data and marketing consent.
