Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery of software integrated into maritime autonomous platforms, including autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off-board command and control.
  • •Design and implement scalable software that enables new capability and an evolving architecture over time.
  • •Develop reusable software services/components across multiple product lines.
  • •Create test and simulation fixtures using both software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop, and support full lifecycle testing, monitoring, and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Extensive professional experience as a Software Engineer across relevant domains and technologies.
  • •Systems/application programming skills including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, scaling, testing, infrastructure, and system design.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
  • •Ability to act as a technical owner for a software service, including stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, roadmap management, design/implementation, sustainment, and evolution.
