Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program management of a major integration workstream end-to-end, including building the plan, sequencing dependencies, tracking commitments, surfacing risks, and driving decisions to closure
  • •Articulate why and when a workstream should be integrated, and pace and sequence integration planning across the deal lifecycle
  • •Manage peer-level relationships with functional DRIs across People, Finance, Legal, CorpTech, GTM, and Product independently
  • •Contribute to acquisition accountability metric reporting and escalate when numbers are missing or off
  • •Use Stripe-approved AI tools (and create your own) to accelerate and improve integration work

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 8 years of experience in finance, operations, sales ops, marketing ops, or strategy, with a track record of owning complex cross-functional work in high-stakes environments
  • •Track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end, navigating ambiguity without a playbook, and delivering on timelines
  • •Experience managing peer-level relationships across multiple functions to drive outcomes without formal authority
  • •Ability to ramp quickly into new domains and structure ambiguous situations into actionable plans
  • •Active, demonstrated use of AI tools to improve the quality and pace of work
