Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze quality complaints from internal and external customers, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • •Manage supplier performance for assigned suppliers and lead supplier continuous improvement.
  • •Lead PPAP implementation for NPI to improve first-sample passing ratio.
  • •Participate in customer/supplier audits and conduct finished products and components audits.
  • •Support continuous improvement activities in the quality area aligned with Alfa Laval quality strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant technical education (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in a quality function in manufacturing/industrial settings.
  • •Experience managing supplier and customer claims, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Familiarity with ISO standards and quality tools (QC 7 tools, 8D, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP), preferably 6 sigma.
  • •Ability to lead assigned quality projects or complex quality issue improvements.
