Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily communication and close collaboration with Payroll and HR colleagues.
  • •Capture payroll data from input files by accessing systems/portals and transferring required reports into the input file.
  • •Handle payroll inbox queries and ensure actions are completed within the correct payroll month.
  • •Process payroll-related items including referral payments, sickness leave, and leave of absence, contacting employees when required and ensuring data is actioned.
  • •Run payroll checks, prepare sign-off reports, and attend the sign-off meeting with Finance.
