Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Deployment phase for MPS programs, ensuring execution aligns with HP’s Deploy lifecycle and methodologies.
  • •Coordinate multi-functional, multivendor teams across print fleet management, software, analytics, and monitoring services to enable transition to steady-state.
  • •Oversee scope of work including cost estimates, scheduling, DAIR documentation, and operational handover plans.
  • •Develop program governance models (steering committees, PMO structures, quality controls, communication plans) and manage risks and mitigations.
  • •Maintain financial and commercial accountability for multi-tower budgets, forecasting, and contractual compliance across SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
