Job Summary

Own local supply strategy projects end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional delivery across acquisition, verification/funnel, fleet/branding, compliance, service quality, and retention/loyalty. Manage the local digital budget and driver acquisition metrics (DAC and channel efficiency), launch and optimize campaigns with marketing, and run hypothesis-driven A/B tests. Monitor funnel metrics and provide regular reporting to the Regional Head while applying supply efficiency standards and tools locally.

Key Responsibilities

•Own local projects within the supply strategy (acquisition, verification/funnel, fleet/branding, compliance, service quality, retention/loyalty) from scoping to delivery.
•Prioritize the local backlog with the Regional Head and manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
•Manage the local digital budget for driver acquisition, controlling DAC and channel efficiency, and optimize advertising campaigns with marketing.
•Formulate hypotheses, set up A/B tests across the acquisition/retention funnel, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
•Monitor and report key funnel metrics to the Regional Head and implement horizontal standards and tools developed by Supply Efficiency at the local level.

Key Requirements

•2-3+ years of experience as a Project/Product Manager, ideally in marketplaces, mobility, or e-commerce.
•Strong analytical skills, including SQL and dashboard-based funnel metric interpretation.
•Experience running A/B tests with hypotheses and analyzing results for data-driven recommendations.
•Experience managing a budget and evaluating acquisition channel efficiency (DAC and channel efficiency).
•Ability to work cross-functionally (marketing, analytics, verification, support) with structured, autonomous, results-oriented execution.
