Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HSE leadership and guidance across all operational departments and site teams to strengthen HSE culture.
  • •Ensure the local HSE management system is designed, implemented, controlled, and aligned with dsm-firmenich and ISO standards and relevant regulations.
  • •Maintain a detailed understanding of site operations and processes to identify key risks and ensure mitigation through management system action plans.
  • •Co-own the site HSE continuous improvement plan using dsm-firmenich HSE strategy, regulations, and employee input, including data analysis and recommendations.
  • •Facilitate incident/injury investigations, support regulatory agency interactions, and lead internal audit programs aligned to ISO 14k and 45k standards.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • •Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations and experience working with regulatory agencies and industrial risk assessment.

  • •Strong technical skills with experience in root cause and risk assessment methodologies.
